در هنگام سوختگی برای احساس درد کمتر چه کنیم؟

حدود سه هفته پیش در اثر نشت گاز و انفجار از ناحیه دست و مچ دست و صورت دچار سوختگی درجه دو و سه شدم. کلا سوختگی چهار درجه دارد که یک، خفیف ترین و چهار شدیدترین درجه هست. در این پست قصد دارم تجربیات شخصی خودم رو در مورد این که هنگام سوختگی شدید از این قبیل چه کنیم به شما انتقال بدهم.

اصلا به دستتان آب نزنید چون درد سوختگی را بیشتر میکند.

سعی کنی دست ها و ناحیه ای که سوخته را بالاتر از بدن خود بگیرید تا خون کمتری به آن ناحیه برسد تا درد کمتری احساس کنید. 

سعی کنید آرام باشید مثلا پاهای خود را به زمین نکوبید یا این طرف و آن طرف ندوید چون این کار باعث میشود فشار خونتان بالا برود در نتیجه خون بیشتری به ناحیه ای که سوخته برسد و درد بیشتری احساس کنید. 

اگر امکانش برایتان فراهم است میتوانید از شیاف استفاده کنید تا دردتان کمتر شود. 
در کل امیدوارم هیچ وقت نسوزید. 

How to study more efficiently?

I myself am not a book guy! I might read like 2-3 books each year (Beside textbooks.) But recently I’ve discovered a technique that helps me study more. Have you ever heard of Pomotodo apps?

What they do is simply they are like timers which help you track your reading time. My suggestion is: take a short 5 minutes break after 20 minutes of studying. Then after 3 times of 20 min study, take a long break. For me 30 minutes of long break works well. But you can reduce it to 15 minutes. 

To do this you can simply use your phone’s timer or download a Pomotodo app. My favorite one is BeFocused. Here are some screenshots.

Another tip to read lots of books.

You can set a goal for yourself. Like “I’m gonna read 20 pages each day.” Or less. Or more. I’ve learned these stuff from Thomas Frank.

How to easily make habits?

Do you want to make habits? Ok! This was not a nice start to my blogpost! So I’m gonna go straight to subject. 

There is an app called “Today”. I’m using lots habit apps for a while and this is a really cool, easy to use, well designed app. And it’s free. If you want to get unlimited version you should page $4.99 but it’s just one time paying. It’s not monthly payment like other beautiful apps.

Every habit appears as a card. And it gives you statistics of your habits. It has reminders; of course you can deactivate reminders if you want. 


You can set daily , weekly, or monthly habits. I myself have set some habits like deep breath, 7 minutes workout, using Pharmaton everyday, recommending an article for my dad, and other habits. I’m also gonna add meditation habit because it helps me reduce my anxiety and stay calm.

How to unfollow all your followings with just one click on twitter?

There are several ways to unfollow people on twitter. You can install some apps. Maybe spend some money on those apps. Sign up for some websites. Which mostly they don’t do it for free! Or there is a free shortcut!

To unfollow all your twitter followers for free or follow many people for free at just one click, you should install google chrome and add an extension. To add extensions type “google chrome extension” on google and click on first suggestion. Then on Google chrome extension page search bar, type “twitter unfollow” and you’ll see lots of extensions that actually work! Add them and you are ready to go!

You can do the same for facebook friends or other social media apps. Don’t spend money for those apps!
